Measure Rice
- Use designated measuring container.Electric: 4 qts Gas: 8 qt
- Rinse Rice (3x)
- Add Water 3 Liter Electric, Gas 6 Liters Tip: Use hot water to slightly reduce cooking time.
- Mix in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil per 4 quarts of rice.
- Electric: Press Cook and allow automatic cycle. Gas: Turn on, wait until switch pops
- After cooking, let rice sit covered for 10 minutes before serving.
- Use rice paddle to gently fluff rice.
- Rice should be soft, separate, and slightly glossy.
If too dry: increase water or add water
