Hot Sauce (High Volume Store Jones- 2x Amount)
  1. Melt Butter
  2. Pour Franks, Cajun Chef, and ketchup into the boiler.
  3. Add brown sugar (Little at time), oregano, and cayenne (if using mild remove).
  4. Heat on medium flame until butter melts (about 10–15 minutes).
  5. Whisk well until the sauce is smooth and sugar dissolves.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  7. Turn off heat and let cool slightly before storing.
