- Mix soap and water and bring grease cleaner
- Align bucket to fryer drain and drain oil
- Use stick to remove grill from fryer and clean
- Scrape with stick to remove solids
- Drop used oil in grease recycler container
- Spray grease cleaner and clean fryer
- Drain collected grease water with strainer
- Rinse fryer with hot water, soap and metal scrubber
- Clean fryer
- Fill fryer with oil to the markedbrim
