Making Fried Rice ⅓ Pan Lower Volume Store Cypress
  1. Heat wok on High Heat
  2. Ladle oil into pan to keep ingredients from sticking ½ cup or 4oz ladle
  3. Place Onions and cook till sauteed ¾ Cup
  4. Place Eggs and cook till slightly scrambled, cook half way 3/4 cup
  5. Place peas and cook slightly 1 cup
  6. Place portioned Rice 2 qt
  7. Put Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
  8. Rapidly stir fry all ingredients
  9. Put Soy and rapidly stir fry 3/4 Cup (Perfect amount is a little less than ¾ cup)

Put Sesame oil on rice 1/8th Cup & Cooking Wine
