Making Fried Rice ⅓ Pan High Volume Store Jones
  1. Heat wok on High Heat
  2. Ladle oil into pan to keep ingredients from sticking 8 Oz 
  3. Place Onions and cook till sauteed 1.5 Cup
  4. Place Eggs and cook till slightly scrambled, cook half way 1.5 cup
  5. Place peas and cook slightly 1.5 cup
  6. Place portioned Rice 4 qt
  7. Put Chicken Powder 2 tbsp
  8. Rapidly stir fry all ingredients
  9. Put Soy and rapidly stir fry 1.5 Cup 

Put Sesame oil on rice 1/4th Cup & ½ Cup Cooking Wine
