- Heat wok on High Heat
- Ladle oil into pan to keep ingredients from sticking 8 Oz
- Place Onions and cook till sauteed 1.5 Cup
- Place Eggs and cook till slightly scrambled, cook half way 1.5 cup

- Place portioned Rice 4 qt
- Put Chicken Powder 2 tbsp
- Rapidly stir fry all ingredients
- Put Soy and rapidly stir fry 1.5 Cup
Put Sesame oil on rice 1/4th Cup & ½ Cup Cooking Wine
