- Melt Butter
- Pour Franks, Cajun Chef, and ketchup into the boiler.
- Add brown sugar (Little at time), oregano, and cayenne (if using mild remove).
- Heat on medium flame until butter melts (about 10–15 minutes).
- Whisk well until the sauce is smooth and sugar dissolves.
- Simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
- Turn off heat and let cool slightly before storing.
