- Heat wok on High Heat
- Ladle oil into pan to keep ingredients from sticking ½ cup or 4oz ladle
- Place Onions and cook till sauteed ¾ Cup
- Place Eggs and cook till slightly scrambled, cook half way 3/4 cup
- Place peas and cook slightly 1 cup
- Place portioned Rice 2 qt
- Put Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
- Rapidly stir fry all ingredients
- Put Soy and rapidly stir fry 3/4 Cup (Perfect amount is a little less than ¾ cup)
Put Sesame oil on rice 1/8th Cup & Cooking Wine
