1. Melt Butter
  2. Pour Franks, Cajun Chef, and ketchup into the boiler.
  3. Add brown sugar (Little at time), oregano, (NO CAYENNE IN mild ).
  4. Heat on medium flame until butter melts (about 10–15 minutes).
  5. Whisk well until the sauce is smooth and sugar dissolves.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  7. Turn off heat and let cool slightly before storing.
