  • Make sure bags are set up on bag holder
  • Fill the bag holder
  • Always have at least 30 bags open and ready
  • Get the sauce holders from the cooler and fill up with sauce cups
  • Make sure ice packs are in sauce holder
  • Make sure there are enough

    • Cleaning Solution
    • Gloves
    • Ketchup
    • Soy Sauce
